Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS

All our courses can be booked either online or by completing the pdf booking form and sending it to Aston CPD via email, fax or post.

Once a booking has been made a short email will be sent acknowledging the receipt of the booking. Full email confirmation, including the course venue and programme along with joining instructions will be sent out at least one week prior to the date of the course (postal confirmation will be sent out only on request).

Aston CPD reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses without being liable for any costs incurred by delegates. If payment for the course has been made, a full refund will be given. It should be noted that delegates are advised not book travel arrangement or accommodation until full confirmation has been made.

For booking confirmation a purchase order number or cheque payment will be required.

CANCELLATION CHARGES CPD COURSES & CONFERENCES

i) Cancellation received in writing more than 14 working days before the event – Full Refund.

ii) Cancellation received in writing less than 14 working days but more than 7 working days before the event will be subject to a charge of 25%.

iii) No refund will be made for a cancellation received within 7 working days of the course/conference or failure to attend after booking.

Substitution may be made at anytime.

CANCELLATION CHARGES CPD DISTANCE LEARNING POST EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE COURSES

No refund will be made once the course material has been despatched.
